INTERVIEW PROCESS

Once the candidate is in an interview process we will guide you throughout the process and inform you you about the other interviews they are in and how soon we need to follow-up with them to arrange a next stage process.

After the candidate has successfully completed multiple interview rounds and you would like to offer the candidate we will advise you the best way to secure the candidate to your company.

We will assist you in the process of offering the candidate and getting all the relevant information to ensure a smooth on-boarding and the candidates first day of work.
