Design and implement high-quality software solutions using Kotlin programming language
Develop backend services, APIs, and microservices for banking applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the reliability and performance of the applications
Stay updated with the latest Kotlin features, libraries, and tools to enhance development efficiency and code quality
Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet business needs and customer expectations
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience as a Kotlin Developer, preferably in the fintech or related industry
Strong proficiency in Kotlin programming language and experience with Kotlin-based frameworks such as Ktor
Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices
Experience with backend development, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture
Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate)
