You develop and structure your own search strategies for the best candidates on the internet
You identify candidates via platforms such as XING and LinkedIn and make initial contact with them
You write job adverts for permanent jobs and maintain the company's internal database
You will work closely with a Tech Recruiter and manage various projects with them

Strong, convincing communication skills - especially on the phone
Background from a service-oriented environment (commercial training, business studies, catering, hotel industry, etc.)

Motivation to achieve goals and enjoy challenges
Independent and reliable way of working as well as a strong interest in new technology trends
